paper; 364*63cm.In 1793 AD., the Qing Dynasty promulgated the "29 Articles of Governing inside Tibet Approved By the Court and the Emperor". The first article of the promulgation was to implement lottery drawing from golden urn in reincarnation of main figures of Tibetan Buddhism.
