Sanskrit manuscript is sutra written on Pattra leaves. It is known as Panda in Buddhism. In 2006, China launched a comprehensive survey on Sanskrit manuscript in Tibet, and enacted related regulations and rules to provide special protection. Catalogue of Sanskrit Texts from the Tibet Autonomous Region and A Complete Collection of Photocopy of Sanskrit Texts from Tibet Autonomous Region have been published in succession.
