Dokde Hydropower Station.In March 1955, the Central Government allocated funds and sent engineers and technicians to Tibet to build the Dokde Hydropower Station. It was put into operation in Oct. 1956 with an investment of RMB 8.448 million yuan.

Nyingchi Woolen Mill.In 1966, in order to support the construction in border areas, the Central Government decided to transfer the entire Shanghai WeilunWoolen Mill to the Bayi Township in Nyingchi.The earliest modern industry in Tibet was born.

Lhasa Hotel, one of the 43 aiding projects in Tibet. It was completed and put into service in September 1985 with a total investment of more than RMB 85 million yuan.

Tibet Museum, one of the 62 aiding projects in Tibet. It was completed in October 1997 with a total investment of RMB 96.25 million yuan.

The Lhasa Jiangsu Road, finaced and built by Jiangsu Province, was completed in 1998 with a total investment of RMB 40 million yuan.

Maintenance of Sakya Monastery.The three major protection of key cultural relics and maintenance projects of the Potala Palace, Norbulingkha and Sakya Monastery in Tibet were one of the 117 aiding projects. On June 26, 2002, the construction had been announcedto commence and completed after 5 years, with a total investment of RMB 330 million yuan.

From 1994 and 2005, the Central Government had allocated RMB 260 million yuan for the maintenance and protection of the Potala Palace Square.

Lhasa gongdkar International Airport Highway Gallha Tunnel, had been listed into the key projects in the 10th Five-Year Plan by the Ministry of Transport and the Tibet Autonomous Region, and completed and opened to traffic in August 2005.

The Qinghai-Tibet Railway, one of the 117 key aiding projects in Tibet, had been completed in July 2006 with a toal investment of 33 billion yuan.

In 2007, Nyingchi Bahe Tiger Mouth Hydropower Project, one of 180 provincial projects in 11th Five-Year Plan, had been built with an investment of more than RMB 1.288 billion yuan. It was completed and put into operation in 2011.

China Petrochemical Group Co.Ltd supported to build the Sinopec Primary School in Balgon (dpal-mgon) county of Nakqu City.The school had been completed in September 2010 with a total investment of RMB 36 million yuan.

Qinghai-Tibet network power transmission line, one of the key projects of the strategy of developing the west, had been completed and put into operation in 2011 with a total investment of over RMB 16 billion yuan.

Tibet Culturaland Sports Center was supported by Beijing. The project had been completed in October 2014 with a total investment of 802 millionyuan.

In 2014, the Zhejiang Province had initated“Zhejiang Support for Tibet, Brightness Action Plan” to suceefully train a mature team of local ophthalmogists within 3 year and had carried out free cataract extraction surgeries for 200 patients.

Tibet Convention and Exhibition Center, the aiding project by China Communications Construction Group, had been completed in 2014 with an investment of RMB 294 million yuan.

Teachers from the Primary School affiliated to China Renmin University are tutoring his students at the Experimental Primary School in Lhasa. In April 2016, the Ministry of Educationhad sent a complete management team to promote Tibet education.

Students of boarding school in Samdrutse District of Shigatse City prepared to go home by school bus on April 15, 2016.

Guangdong Province supported the klu-ngang International Tourism Town in Nyingchi City. The project had been completed in 2016 with a total investment of RMB 994.69 million yuan.

The new Shigatse People's Hospital, the aiding project of Shanghai City, had been officially put into operation in October 2017 with an investment of RMB 700 million yuan.

China FAW supported the Construction of Zogong County Cultural and Sports Center in Changdu City, the project was completed in November 2017 with an investment of RMB 23.1 million yuan.

In 2017, Shandong Province supported the “Photovoltaic Town” in Jangdam (ljags-vdam) Town, Shigatse City.

In 2017, Zhejiang Province cadres supporting Tibet helped the ethnic handicraft cooperatives in Shomong Township of Nakchu, introducing 15 pieces of new weaving equipment to solve the employment problem of poor women.

From 2017 to 2018, Jiangsu Provincial Counterpart Support for Tibet Command Center invested RMB 17.5 million yuan to help build a "smart tourism" project by building data management center, smart tourism management platform and smart tourism service platform in order to provide effective management and information sharing for the tourism industry in Lhasa.

Since 2013, all the counterpart provinces and municipalities and central enterprises have successively held a series of special job fairs in Tibet, greatly increasing the employment opportunities of college graduates in Tibet.
