A new village of herdsmen in Seni District, Nagchu City.The farmer and herdsmen housing settlement projects have been implemented in Tibet. A total of 460,300 farmers and herdsmen (2.3 million people) have moved into new houses, and the per capita housing area of farmers and herdsmen in the district has increased by 20%-30%.

The infrastructure and public service of monasteries in Tibet have been greatly improved. By the end of 2020, 1785 monasteries had roads, 1779 monasteries had water, 1751 monasteries had tele-communication, and all monasteries had full access to electricity.
