Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, the Party Central Committee with President Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to ecological civilization construction, brought the idea of green development into the new development philosophy, and provided guidance for economic and social development of Tibet. The idea of Green mountains and clear water are equal to mountains of gold and silver, and a world of ice and snow is also equal to mountains of gold and silver has become a consensus and activity of the whole community in Tibet. Protection of ecology is development of productivity. We put ecological preservation in the first place. Ecological civilization construction in Tibet realizes new development.

​ཏང་གི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ་འཚོགས་ཚུན། བློ་མཐུན་ཞི་ཅིན་ཕིང་གིས་སྲོག་ཤིང་གནང་བའི་ཏང་ཀྲུང་དབྱང་གིས་སྐྱེ་ཁམས་ཤེས་དཔལ་འཛུགས་སྐྱོང་ལ་ཚད་མཐོའི་མཐོང་ཆེན་གནང་བ་དང་། ལྗང་མདོག་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་དེ་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འདུ་ཤེས་གསར་པའི་ནང་བཅུག་ནས་བོད་ས་གནས་ཀྱི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་དང་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་ལ་གཞི་འཛིན་ས་མཁོ་འདོན་གནང་ཡོད། བོད་དུ“སྔོ་ལྗང་རི་ཆུ་ནི་གསེར་རི་དངུལ་རི་ཡིན་ལ། གངས་འཁྱག་ཀྱང་གསེར་རི་དངུལ་རི་ཡིན་པ”དེ་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་ཐུན་མོང་ངོས་འཛིན་དང་བྱ་སྤྱོད་ཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ཡོད། སྐྱེ་ཁམས་སྲུང་སྐྱོང་བྱེད་པ་ནི་ཐོན་སྐྱེད་ནུས་ཤུགས་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་གཏོང་བའི་ཐབས་ལམ་ཡིན་ལ། སྐྱེ་ཁམས་སྲུང་སྐྱོང་ཨང་དང་པོར་འཇོག་རྒྱུ་མཐའ་འཁྱོངས་བྱས་པས་བོད་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་ཁམས་ཤེས་དཔལ་འཛུགས་སྐྱོང་ལ་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་གསར་པ་བྱུང་ཡོད།
